Finding a Certified Participant allows individuals and employers/organizations to search for a person’s HIGH FIVE training record which outlines the name of the training and the date the training was taken.

To access your personal HIGH FIVE training record, enter your Person ID below and click the ‘Get Certifications’ button. You can find your Person ID on your online certificate or in your account on the HIGH FIVE Database. Find a Certified Participant is secure and ensures your privacy. Only those to whom you have given your Person ID number have access to your training record.

HIGH FIVE encourages organizations/employers to confirm staff certifications using Find a Certified Participant. If there is doubt about the authenticity of an individual’s record, contact your Authorized Provider for verification. Please note that certifications currently do not expire with the exception of the HIGH FIVE Trainer. Please contact your Authorized Provider to confirm Trainer status.

1. Certified Participants can quickly learn the processing status of a certification they recently took. For example, you can check to see if your Principles of Healthy Child Development (PHCD) training has been processed yet.
2. Organizations/employers can obtain immediate confirmation of certifications of staff members and provide proof that certification cards being presented are valid (or not) especially when cards appear altered.
3. HIGH FIVE Trainers can confirm prerequisite credentials of candidates who arrive without proof or in cases where the authenticity of a card is suspect. Verification is quick and easy.
